One to one yoga classes are a great way to help you gain a more thorough understanding of yoga and can support you in going deeper into your practice.
One to one sessions can support you in:

  • Learning the basics if you are new to yoga
  • Developing a home practice
  • Learning how to work therapeutically with an injury
  • Deepening your practice with pranayama (breathing) and meditation
  • Studying the philosophical aspects of yoga

In a one to one session you benefit from a consultation so that I can tailor the session to your specific needs and requirements. There is more of a focus on individual alignment and learning how to modify postures that present challenges for you and we will  also work towards developing a self practice.
I offer one to one yoga sessions in the comfort of your own home or in a studio space (by prior arrangement)

Each private one to one session is £45 for 75 minutes.
